Application:
Automatic Houillon Kinematic Viscosity Tester is applicable for the measurement of the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids; such as base oils, formulated oils, diesel oil, biodiesel, biodiesel blends, residual fuel oils, marine fuels, and used lubricating oils using a Houillon viscometer in automated mode, which is epecially designed as per ASTM D7279.

Features:
1) Fully automatic control of test procedures, one-button operation to initial viscosity test. During viscosity test process, bath heating, bath temperature control, viscosity measurement, viscometer cleaning, drying and test results calculation, storing and printing are all completed automatically.
2) It features HD 7-inch high resolution LCD touch screen with English HMI operating system.
3) If features short measurement period, test result can be obtained within 5 minutes.
4) High precision temperature sensor is applied for bath temperature control with great bath temperature uniformity. Bath temperature precision can be up to 0.01℃.
5) The instrument is equipped with dual solvent automatic cleaning functions. Cleaning process consumes less than 10ml of cleaning liquid.
6) The instrument is equipped with hardware and software dual over-temperature protection functions.
7) Convenient and quick replacement of the viscometer: operator can replace viscometer at will according to the needs of use. Without the need to drain oil, change of the viscometer can be completed within 1 minute.
8) Instrument vacuum pressure automatic stabilize, automatic detection, automatic pressure maintenance.
9) The instrument features functions of constant calibration, temperature calibration, internal timer verification, automatic calculation of viscosity index, automatic conversion of kinematic viscosity and Engler viscosity.
10) Constant temperature bath adopts double layer high temperature resistant borosilicate glass cylinder, good perspective with great insulation effect.
