Application:
Altitude Temperature (Humidity) Chamber/ Temperature (Humidity) Pressure Chamber is used for highlands environmental simulation in condition of low-pressure, low-temperature to do reliable test for products by air transport.
Low Pressure Temperature Chamber applies to packages for automatic components in defense industry and space industry, automotive parts, battery, LCD screen modules and related products, which will be affected by combined condition of low pressure, temperature and high altitude.

Chamber Structure |
The equipment consists of five basic parts: test chamber, temperature cycling system, low pressure vacuum system and program control system. -Test chamber includes pressure vessel, door, insulation layer, enclosure seal, test signal output hole and external flange, inside chamber lighting, etc. -Temperature cycling system has refrigeration system and heating system. -Low pressure vacuum system includes vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, vacuum solenoid cut-off valve, vacuum relief valve, vacuum trimming valve, oil trap, pipes and hoses, as well as standard connectors. -Control system has English interface, to control low pressure system, temperature cycling system, refrigeration unit, valve opening process, test data processing (collect, store & download), etc. |
