Shear Stability Tester

Adopts Germany Bosch dual piston jet pump and atomizing chamber with nozzle & nozzle holder. It is suitable for evaluation of the shear stability of polymer-containing fluids by measuring the percent viscosity loss at 100℃ of polymer-containing fluids. The viscosity loss reflects polymer degradation due to shear at the nozzle.

Application:

Shear Stability Tester for Polymer Containing Fluids  (European Diesel Injector Method) adopts Germany Bosch dual piston jet pump and atomizing chamber with nozzle & nozzle holder. It is suitable for evaluation of the shear stability of polymer-containing fluids by measuring the percent viscosity loss at 100℃ of polymer-containing fluids. The viscosity loss reflects polymer degradation due to shear at the nozzle.

Features:

1. It adopts Germany Bosch jet pump, nozzle and atomizing chamber.

2. Axial nozzle injector and nozzle holder with cartridge filter.

3. Automated cooling circulating system, which can keep the oil temperature stable in the range of 30~35℃.

4. Automatic stroke counter can cut off power automatically.

5. Fluid bath with volume 250cm3  and input port on the top.

6. Motor: 3 phase, 1100W, rotated speed: 925±25r/min.

7. Temperature control: Digital controller.

8. Bosch jet pump top is equipped with air exhausting device.
