Application:

Random Tumble Pilling Tester determine the resistance to pilling, fuzzing, and matting of textile fabrics. It’s applicable to woven and knitted fabrics, including napped fabrics (fleeces and inlay fabrics).

 

Principle:

Tumble randomly specimens under specific conditions in a lined cylindrical pilling test chamber. Visually assess the fuzzing, pilling and matting of specimens after a defined period of tumbling.
