Application:
BBA Steady-State Solar Simulator provides a light source closes to natural light, which adopts class BBA steady-state sunlight simulator for aging test of photovoltaic modules in large size.
It’s used to stabilize solar modules before testing according to PV standards, test items include the measurement of power and temperature, stabilization, hot-spot durability and optical aging.

The data collector captures data at a speed of ≤5s/ time, irradiation sensor and temperature sensor transmit the data at high speed as an analog signal. After collection, the data is transmitted to processing unit for analysis and calculation, and then presented to the end user in the form of data and curves and stored in the database.
System protection function: current overload protection, temperature overload protection, leakage protection.
Power failure memory function: test can be continued after power recovery.

Light Source:
Light source: metal lamp x 8pcs, Osram brand (consumables).
Lifetime of lamps: 1,000 hours, provide an extra set of lamps for back up, total 2,000 hours.

Ensure the spectrum and uniformity of the lamp source meets the requirements of class BBA simulator confirming to IEC 60904-9.
